Barbara is the Head of Finance & Operations at PBH Group, bringing more than 30 years of finance and commercial experience, including over 17 years in the healthcare sector. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) with a BA (Hons) in Finance & Accounting, Barbara has built a career across a diverse range of industries including healthcare, property, insurance, retail, FMCG and marketing.

With a particular passion for start-up businesses, Barbara specialises in establishing robust financial controls, developing efficient operational processes, and implementing scalable systems that support sustainable growth. At PBH Group, she is responsible for overseeing the company's finance, operations, governance and business infrastructure, helping to ensure the organisation delivers a reliable and high-quality service to both suppliers and healthcare customers.
